EverLights is proud to provide lighting solutions for this forward-thinking development, supporting a design that merges functionality, flexibility, and community-focused amenities.

This 175,000-square-foot tower includes 132 units and 358 fully furnished private living spaces, with a co-living model that allows residents to rent private bedrooms within shared apartments, each with keypad entry and a private bathroom. The building’s layout and shared amenities cater to students, medical professionals, and young urban residents seeking affordable, design-forward housing in a prime location.

EverLights played a key role in the project’s lighting strategy, helping to shape the ambiance across multiple shared environments including the lobby-level Printers Room coworking space, rooftop pool deck, resident lounges, and wellness center. Lighting solutions were tailored to enhance both productivity and relaxation, supporting the development’s broader goal of creating connection and comfort within a high-density residential setting.
