After more than 50 years, Northlight Theatre has returned to Evanston with a permanent home of its own.

Located at 1012 Church Street, the new facility includes an approximately 280-seat mainstage theatre, rehearsal and event spaces, production areas, and a welcoming lobby for audiences and the surrounding community.

EverLights was proud to supply approximately $400,000 in lighting and controls for the project, working alongside G&M Electrical Contractors.

Nearly the entire lighting package was received and stored at the EverLights warehouse, allowing materials to remain protected, organized, and ready for installation. From winter 2025 through summer 2026, our team coordinated a complex series of deliveries timed to match G&M’s installation schedule and evolving jobsite needs.

As the project progressed, EverLights also helped manage design changes, product questions, scheduling adjustments, and other logistical requirements. When priorities shifted in the field, our team adapted warehouse releases and delivery plans to keep the project moving.

By combining lighting and controls procurement with job storage, inventory management, and phased delivery, EverLights provided consistent support from order through installation.

Northlight Theatre’s new home represents an important investment in the future of performing arts in Evanston and throughout Chicagoland. EverLights is honored to have played a role in bringing its next act to life.
